RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our hair and beauty products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect length, texture, color, or product selection.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or been shipped. If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Products that have been worn, installed, cut, colored, altered, opened, used, or otherwise modified may not qualify for a replacement or other resolution unless the issue is a verified defect.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges are nonrefundable except when required by law or when the refund results from an error by Asia Cosmetics by Asia E.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
