Due to the nature of our hair and beauty products, all sales are final, except for approved cancellations made before an order enters processing or ships, damaged or defective merchandise, incorrect items, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, length, texture, or color.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and supporting photos so that we can review the issue.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

 The Processing of Pre-orders could take an additional 3-5business days prior to shipping (exclude holidays or weekends). All orders are processed in the order received.

  1. I understand that if I change my order during processing that it will cause a delay in my shipping time frame.
  2. I confirm that my information entered is correct !(shipping address / email & contact info)
  3. I understand that I MUST SIGN for my package in order for it to be DELIVERED.
  4. I ( the customer ) understand ASIACOSMETICSBYAE IS NOT RESPONSILBE  FOR ANY MISSED  DELIVERIES.

WE (ASIACOSMETICSBYAE)ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER DELIVERY IS CONFIRMED. YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER (USPS). ANY ISSUE WITH DELIVERY STATUS OR UPDATES AFTER SCANNED INTO USPS SYSTEM IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND YOU MUST CONTACT USPS! 

Agreeing to these terms and conditions forfeit the right to chargebacks, and Fradulent Credit/debit or your Financial institute Claims opened in regards to your order.
